Today I was notified that I did not win the Tuscany Prize, but that my manuscript is being considered for their Young Adult Catholic Fiction line of books.  We’ll see if they accept me or not.  I have mixed feeling.  Of course I’m not happy that I didn’t win the prize, but I wasn’t surprised.  And then there comes the little question about whether or not I actually want to publish with them.  I want to be accepted for bragging rights sake, but then on the other hand I’m not sure I actually want to publish with them!  But I’m not really thinking much about it; God already had a plan for this masterpiece of mine from before time began, so all I have to do is wait and see it unfold.  It’s gonna be awesome.

Oh, yeah, happy birthday to this blog!  It’s been a full year since I started it.  That’s seems so crazy.
